My name is Sylvia! Welcome to my website! I am currently a senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations at the University of Oregon. I love writing; it’s a form of art that is both therapeutic and allows my voice to be heard. I write because I long to have a voice in society, one that people can take seriously not only as a member of Gen Z, but also as a young woman who is constantly learning more and more about the world around her. I’m incredibly fascinated in social issues, especially those that involve my generation. I love taking these and other societal themes and applying them to works of art such as movies, books and songs. But at the end of the day, I’m a storyteller and a firm believer that everyone has a story to tell!
